"We found German cockroaches in the hotel room at night. Several roaches were crawling on the floor, and my son is very afraid of insects, so we requested a room change. However, the second room was even worse — one cockroach crawled on the nightstand, and another very small one, which appeared to have just hatched, was crawling on the floor. Because of the infestation, we decided to leave the hotel and stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, the hotel staff told us they could not provide a refund because the reservation was made through Expedia."

"My first day butter and Marmelade was missing, eggs and sausage was cold. Today eggs and sausage were again cold and the toaster was missing and when I asked they said it was broken. I would appreciate daily room service; however, it is currently provided every three days. Consequently, if my stay is for three days and the last service occurred the day prior to my arrival, I would not receive any service during my occupancy. The room itself requires significant renovation, as the toilet door does not close properly, and the carpet is in need of a thorough cleaning. Thanks for checking, things are okay besides the breakfast could have been better. "

"I stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Round Rock for 3 nights last week, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and courteous throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent and a great way to start the day. One thing to note: although this is not related to the hotel itself; is that having a car is pretty much necessary in this area. We initially thought places like Kalahari Resort and Walmart would be walkable since they appeared to be less than 20 minutes away on the map. However, the actual walk takes over an hour, and there are no proper walking paths along the highway, making it impractical to walk anywhere nearby. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"The hotel is beautiful, unfortunately the stay was ruined by a huge group of kids staying for what I assume was a sports event.. They ran up and down hallways all night, clogged the elevators and left food in them. They were unattended and kicking a soccer ball around near the bar area as we tried to enjoy a glass of wine. It was a sleepless stay and I only wish staff could have addressed the adults with these kids so it could’ve been handled."
