"Had a very long hot day in the parks and was excited to get to my room and rest. Check in was quick and easy with helpful staff. "Rooms were nice but in one of the 2 rooms that we reserved the a/c was not working. Hotel could not fix it. When we asked for some discount for our discomfort they refused to give any discount on the current reservation but offered 50% discount for a future reservation."
