"Great hotel in a fab location in beautiful Tours, with everything in easy walking distance. The room was nice with an extremely comfortable bed and parking was easy (public parking under the hotel). The best part by far though we’re the people working there, so friendly and helpful and they all were fluent in English which was so helpful when we had an issue with our car, they found us a garage who could look at it that day. Don’t hesitate booking this hotel"

"A very pleasant, modern hotel well situated about half way between the Cathedral and the Old Town. Also right next to tram stop from where you can get trams to Tours Centre railway station. Very helpful staff (they had to fix our sink at one point and this was done very quickly). Breakfast could be a little chaotic with items running out and very few staff about."

Our room was simple but very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We opted for the breakfast buffet and we were not disappointed. We were blown away by the variety and quality of the food. You could buy a few things at reception like UHT milk if needed. The apartment was well laid out. Quiet. Comfortable beds We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."

"The staff always make this hotel a welcoming stay. We enjoy the friendly atmosphere, attention, and recognition. We would recommend the restaurant which has excellent food with a selection of starters, mains and sweets and with a specials board too. And, of course, a wide selection of beverages including local wine. The rooms are clean, comfy and functional but basic, ideal for a stop over. We come here many times on our journey through."
