Génial !

Très agréable séjour dans ce lieux féerique. Accueil chaleureux et chambre très spacieuse. Le repas dans le restaurant de l'hôtel était extra lui aussi.

Séjour agréable

Très beau cadre, le service soigné de jour comme de nuit. La chambre était bien mais nous regrettons d’avoir seulement une petite fenêtre pour voir notre super vue sur le golf. La chambre avait également besoin d'être rénovée…

Déçus de notre séjour

Le château est merveilleux. Mais une partie était en travaux, ce que nous avons découvert en arrivant. Les chambres n’etaient pas aussi belles que celles en photo. Le service était variable, entre très bon et pas bon. Le pas bon venant d’une mauvaise foie désagréable: nous avions commandé un jus d’orange pressé. Lorsqu’il a été déposé, la couleur ne semblaient pas celle d’un jus pressé. Nous avons demandé à la serveuse si c’etait Le cas elle a confirmé qu’il était pressé, tout en partant. Après l’avoir goûté celui-ci était sans aucun doute un jus en boîte, et pas des meilleures qualités. La volonté d’insister sur un fait faux nous a beaucoup dérangé. Le château mériterait d’être mieux pris en charge car il est magnifique et à un sacré potentiel.

Les chambres n'ont rien à voir avec les photos. Nous etions avec des amis sur 3 chambres et elle avaient l'air sorti des années 70 sans tableau, sans rideaux, toilettes très bruyantes. Leurs logo comporte 4 étoiles mais ils n'ont pas les étoiles. Le café est à 2€, la salle de bain sans goût, le reste des lieux ont un effet urbex ( à l'abandon) Seul la façade du château avec du lierre est beau.

Chambre très petite sans confort mais avec radiateur d appoint , plafond SDB surement pas lavé depuis plus d un an , literie moyen , la moitié des prises qui fonctionnent ; debit wifi avoisine les 56k au temps des forfait AoL ... restaurant n accepte pas les animaux pas de service en chambre , rien dans les environs; le club house du golf ressemble au bar PMU du coin et le choix des snacks... «au secours » sinon d extérieur le chateau est beau, du moins la face avant car le derrière est en travaux; dommage, on rentre par les coulisses limite les cuisines ... en revanche le personnel est agréable mais le reste est en dessous de tout, très loin d un 4 etoiles : services , confort ,propreté tout est a revoir , je n y retournerai pas et déconseil quiconque de tenter l expérience , je regrette même ma réservation ( ps les capsules Nespresso sont facturées )

Fabulous Chateau Experience

Amazing chateau in the country, quiet and dignified with the best chef in France. Never have I felt so much like it was like 300 years ago to be a guest in a real chateau. Be sure to have dinner in the restaurant..!!

Chateau hotel in the Loire

Couldn’t fault our stay in sept tours. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was excellent and the room was a delight. The hotel has all the character and charm that you would expect from a chateau. The free concert from a chamber ensemble in the Friday evening was also excellent and an unexpected bonus.

Très beau et bon séjour. Le personnel est très serviable, avenant. L'etat de la chambre assez défraichie : un ravalement du radiateur ne serait pas du luxe, un dépoussiérage des prises de lampe de chevet est nécessaire. Le coffre fort emportable malgré son poids ne semble pas une bonne idée. Salle de bain très propre, très bien équipée. Excellente table.

Awesome Stay in a Real Old Chateau

Our room was actually within one of the seven towers of this old Chateau; circular with classic bed canopy overlooking the lovely golf course. Far from any town. Nice for a quiet getaway.

Golf course Good greens but fairways not great

This was a revisit after a number of years. The hotel and facilities, dinner and breakfast, most enjoyable. Room spacious , comfortable in quiet surroundings. Only disappointment was the condition of the golf course.

Few centuries back

This is truly a marvelous castle. Of course, you do not expect air conditioning and have to play with the window shadings. It has a charm and atmosphere and that is what counts in such type of a hotel. Dine in the hotel restaurant and do not look for anything else. The chef is a genius, the lady-waiter helps with the wine choice. If you do not have enough, play golf. It is an easy course, but in beautiful countryside. Nothing to really complain.

Beautiful grounds and setting

Overall, our experience was very good.The outside and setting of the Chateau is beautiful. It was a wonderful experience staying in the old Chateau building. The rooms/carpets are a little worn but still very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal which was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly.The only disappointment was that the rooms do not have air conditioning, however, a fan was provided in the room. Fortunately, the evenings were cooler and the fan helped keep the room temperature at a comfortable level but the windows do not have screens so, we kept the lights off as much as possible to prevent attracting bugs. We were also disappointed that the pool closed so early (6 pm). Overall though, it was a wonderful experience.

Una estafa. el hotel está muy descuidado

El hotel no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que se muestran. De afuera es lindisimo, pero adentro es un espanto. Se cae a pedazos. No tiene mantenimiento, los cuartos con l alfombra sucia y rota, las cortinas igual, los muebles de plástico...en el Restaurant tardan exactamente 1,15 horas para traerte la comida que es un desastre. Todo mal. No se dejen engañar por las fotos. Yo venís de chateau Arpentis el cual lo califique con 10 que era espectacular y cuando llegue a sept tours y vi lo que era casi decido perder la plata y volver al anterior pagando de vuelta. No lo hice porque quedaba lejos. Ah otra cosa, la ubicación es pésima. Encima cuando protestas por el estado de las habitaciones te dan la razón. Y te dicen que los nuevos dueños es un grupo que no quiere invertir en mantenimiento.

Beautiful location and initial impression

Looked impressive but go a little deeper and see the need for attention to detail. The parking was away from the hotel with no disabled parking space. the fact that I had a flat tyre within minutes of leaving indicated the surface of the car park was not good for cars - pebbly. stoney etc. Pathways around the hotel need cleaning up if the beautiful chateau image is to be maintained. Rooms adequate but not brilliant - no shutting out of light or even curtain at the bathroom window. Food very good but expensive. Pool and outside sunbathing excellent Internet reception poor

Um nojo!

O hotel só é bonito por fora. Por dentro é nojento. Carpete descolando, manchado e com mau odor. Janelas com pintura velha descascando, teto com buraco, aranha no quarto, banheiro sujo, rodapés descolando, podre, cama desconfortável. Fujam deste hotel. As fotos do site enganam!
