"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. The place does not allow to walk with ski boots but we didn't get access to the boots area to store our skies and boots... I was almost forgetting, broken shower indeed! Place was...

"Nice place with good breakfast and pool. Note it’s more of a lodge style place and not a regular hotel. You’ll need a car to reach most places in Chamonix centre and most lifts, we had a rental and did not check out any buses. Good value for money - Chamonix-style."
