All over just ok. Missing and defect items in the kitchen, broken and defect showers, broken pieces of floring that had some really sharp edges. Outside it lokked great and was very nice and quiet.

This was the perfect place to stay for a few days and enjoy the D-Day Beaches. We loved that we could walk to Juno Beach. We enjoyed local restaurants for dinner and making breakfast ourselves. We felt very at home.

All ok, we had a nice stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. We hired e-bikes, fantastic. Regarding the stay, price Quality is more then Ok, dont expect bling bling facilities there is some wear and tear.

Nice stay, but too quiet for us

This was well located to visit the different sites around Normandy. Sadly I didnt check the facilities propr to booking, the place id very quiet if you like that this is for you. The town is also similar, we went out at 9pm looking for food, places were open but not accepting anyone for food and by 10pm the place was nearly empty. No food/drink facilities at the hotel either so that was a shame. So nice place if you want tranquility and peace, not so good if you want to meet people/eat later and unwind after long days exploring. The swimming pool was a pull to book this and it has very reasonable hours to use so that was good. The wifi is ok and the accomodation is nice, plenty of room and you can also always find a parking space. Reception were friendly on check in

Important note, you can only check in between 4-7 pm. This is made clear to you through their online site, but it was apparent many people didn't see this. The front desk is not staffed 24/7. Check in was easy with English as a first language, if that is a concern of yours. The place we booked was clean and quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything, and more, that you could need for the duration of your stay. Ample onsite parking is included and it is secured after 8:00 pm for added peace of mind. This is the perfect destination/launch point if you are looking to tour the Normandy area/beaches at your own pace. The town is a very short walk and offers a grocery store, bakery, pizza shop, fresh fish market and more. The pool was kept nice and warm and is in a sunroom type structure, so you can enjoy it in any weather. The price can not be beaten for the quality you are provided. I would highly recommend staying here!

Visiting d-day sites with family

Overall good experience. Location is great, quiet, green, dog friendly and close to the beach (max 10 min walk). However the rooms and bathrooms are dated, kitchen still had fat around the stove and fridge was blackening on the bottom. Pretty normal I would say for a cheaper camping site but not when we pay what we paid. In anycase thanks to the reception for booking our restaurant and booking our yachting trip.

The property was clean and well presented. A lovely place to stay in a delightful seaside town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Alicia, the receptionist was excellent and managed an issue with the water with professionalism.

Lovely apartment but tiny bedroom

The bedroom was incredibly small and cramped - only 30cm all around a small double bed. We slept on the sofa bed in the lounge as the bedroom was essentially unusable

Budget Friendly but a Little Rough Around Edges.

For an American family of 4 this was a friendly price for 5 nights with 2 bedrooms. Apartment was thoughtfully planned and built with ample storage, facilities and 2 bathrooms. WiFi good enough for up to 5 devices. Extra trundle beds for up to 7 people - this would have been cramped but do-able. Be ready to make your own beds up upon arrival and very disappointingly, the pool closed at 7 pm. Too early in the summertime. A good enough base for DDay touring. I'd plan to be closer next time. Town and Juno beach a few minutes walk and a nice bakery close by. Aldi and a supermarket 5 mins drive. Town and harbor was very quiet - not much atmosphere and ALL restaurants closed on a Tuesday in June when we went looking at 7.30pm (most restaurants open at 7pm in France). To get back to the accommodation, it's looking tired and needs some maintenance inside and out. See pics. CLEAN - YES - but fridge was very smelly and rusty on the exterior. Bathroom shower also rusty. Balcony is small and consumed by a 6 person table, so unusable for us. To sum up - worked just fine for our needs, we were gone sightseeing for long hours so we wanted something that was 'good enough'. Clean - absolutely - which is everything but a note to the owners - it's time to spend some money updating and switching out old appliances, painting exterior and generally power washing etc. Thank you.

Satisfait en général malgré...

Je commence par les défauts, La chambre est petite, pas facile de se déplacer autour du lit. Le radiateur de la salle bain est poussiéreux entre les barreaux. Le bas de la paroi de la douche posée sur la baignoire n'est pas très propre 🤔. On trouve de la rouille sur le micro-ondes en ouvrant la porte, je pense qu'il a bien vécu. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine. Le personnel est très sympa ! Les remarques négatives ne nous empêcheront pas de revenir 😉

Accueil dynamique et sympathique, livraison du pain et viennoiseries le matin à l’accueil sur commande, réservations restaurants à proximité avec réduction, établissement très bien situé, parking securisé, logement très bien équipé. La piscine mériterait une fermeture un peu plus tard pour pouvoir en profiter après une journée de ballade !
