"Good service helpful staff
Cleanliness wasn’t bad had a few tubs in the floor around the rooms I’m assuming they were used for cleaning rooms but left there multiple days"
"The hotel was really nice for the price. Breakfast was good. Location was good, many food options close by. I felt safe there. I had no issues with the room."
"We checked in for one night traveling down to Florida from Ohio. I didn’t get his name but the man working the front desk was so friendly and helpful right away. The hotel smelled SO good and clean, looked clean as well. Our room was spotless. The beds were very comfy and the pillows too! Breakfast in the morning was very convenient and has multiple choices!
We did have two small issues. First, when we walked into our room the heat was set for some reason and our room was 89 degrees! We thought maybe that’s what housekeeping does when no one is in the room, switched it to the ac and left for dinner. 2 hours later we came back and the room was only at 85. Another 2 hours went by, it was bedtime for our kids and the room was a stifling 83 degrees. I went to the front desk to ask about switching to a room that already had the air running. Unfortunately when we checked a different room that one was also hot and hasn’t had the AC on. The front desk associate did offer to come check our ac unit was working and turned on correctly, which it was and was pushing out cold air, the room had just been so hot it couldn’t cool down. We appreciated his help and apology about it and he said he would be bringing it up to housekeeping. Hopefully this will be corrected moving forward especially in the hot summer in Alabama.
Second, the pool was very dirty with mold and was cloudy. To the point we didn’t feel comfortable using it.My kids were looking forward to it.
Overall I would recommend"
