Location is amazing, room was big and clean, shower pressure was perfect. 2 biggest complaints are there is a night club on the backside of the hotel which plays loud music till 4am, for those who are light sleepers this will be an issue. My biggest issue is the price for parking, $60 per night plus tax for parking seems egregious to me. Also the security deposit is $150 per night which also seems egregious to me.

We had a very pleasant stay and was surprised by the additional perks as a guest (complimentary uber service to 4 specific destinations). The staff from front desk, valet, cleaning crew and of course the restaurant staff were all amazing, very helpful and made us feel welcomed. I truly do not have anything negative to say however, the bathroom was super tight. That is probably the only drawback that the bathroom space is very limited. Otherwise, our overall experience was wonderful! Plus, we were centralized to everything we wanted to do as we were 20-25 mins from Santa Monica Pier, just a few mins from the Getty Museum, UCLA, Beverly Hills and Hollywood wasn’t that far either, and this hotel is about a 20-30 min drive from the main airport LAX (be mindful with heavy traffic it could be longer but without traffic we estimated this time). Definitely will stay again on my next LA visit!

My overall experience was OK. I was not able to use my credit or retrieve my credit. I’m not in the support of the parking so even if you are lodging in that hotel, you still have to pay for parking per night which cost $65 per night plus taxes so the valet is a different independent contractor. They don’t work with the hotel so I had to pay for parking which cost me about $71 per night that’s with tax it so 65+ taxes = $71 per night no free breakfast
Mind you my hotel room cost about 300+ per night

Came out of parking and up to an entrance with automatic door that said "Out of Order - Use main entrance", But there was no arrow indicating which way to go to find it. Simply adding and arrow would have made it unnecessary for me to hunt while carrying all of my luggage.

The hot was scarce in the mornings and you could hear people Nextdoor, slamming the stairs door and the water for the shower next door. As well as the traffic on the street.
