"Au Clos du Lac was one of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful spacious room, stunning gardens and lovely pool/spa area. Anaïs was very welcoming and friendly and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A real luxury treat in a beautiful village not far from Reims and the champagne region. We’ll be back!"
"Beautifully positioned in the old town.
It's the first time we have had a full on view of a cathedral out of the hotel room, just lovely and lit up at night!!
Its really a restaurant with rooms rather than a hotel which works really well. The rooms are lovely and the restaurant excellent.
No parking on site but plenty of free 'on-street' parking nearby.
All in all a nice experience."
"Secure parking, a clean room with working air conditioning and a pleasant reception. We stayed here as an overnight on our journey further south and it was good value as far as I’m concerned. Easy to find and obviously popular as the car park was full in the morning. "
"Stopped for 1 night on our way to Austria.
Lovely traditional French farmhouse b&b.
Staff we're lovely and our dog was welcomed.
Breakfast was fantastic.
So glad we stayed here rather than one of the big chain hotels at the side of the motorway.
Arrived late afternoon and managed to try out the local village wine bar (The best wine and Champagne we've ever tried) also a fantastic restaraunt (Mets Envies) in the village."
"Great hotel sadly let down by over priced bar. €13.90 for a 500cl beer is sadly untenable. The staff were great and very helpful.
Some attention to detail in housekeeping would be good. The amount of grit and dirt on the stairs was sadly noticeable.
Great location. "
"The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful clean room.
I was on a motorbike and not a safe area but it had wheel locks for them. Some hotels couldn't risk motorcycle parking because of them getting stolen ."
"This was a very late booking following a Car breakdown and we were really just grateful I haven’t found somewhere. We booked this based on previous experiences with Kyriad at hotels but it was quite disappointing.
The rooms were very basic and bland.
Buffet Breakfast was very poorly stocked I’m unable to find any members of staff to help replenish things.
Unlike other Kyriad hotels, this isn’t one we will be returning to."
