"Friendly staff, easy check in"

"My wife and I were visiting Lindsborg and McPherson area for 3 day period. We looked at McPherson motels first, then Lindsborg. We definitely made the right choice by staying at the Viking Motel in Lindsborg. Check in was very easy. The owner did our check in. Made us fill right at home. The room was perfect, it was clean and well maintained. It was also very quiet, like we were the only ones staying there. Food was available with a very short walk. My wife and I will be going back to Lindsborg, and will not even look anywhere else to stay. We highly recommend the Viking motel in Lindsborg, Kansas"

"Coffee and breakfast were not free, and it only had a Starbucks with very limited hours. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair. Out room was dirty and dated, and the bathroom had hair and hair balls in the shower. We rented this hotel for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing. It was $150 per night, I would’ve rather stayed at The Hampton Inn next door. "

"We did not use the amenities as we only were there for the night. Room was clean enough but definitely not spotless. We stayed twice, a week apart and found the same children’s toys under the beds each time. Walking up to our room, the carpet was coming off of the stairs and paint was coming off the wall. For the price it’s an alright motel"
