"The hotel is inside of the old Carcassonne and that is very convenient for site seeing and dining. The parking is outside of the walls, there is a shuttle cars for transportation to the hotel."

"Very pleasant stay here very central for Carcassonne old town and new. Some maintenance issues in my room but nothing to spoil my stay. Very clean, staff very helpful and really polite. Food and service was excellent. Had dinner last night truly first class nd my food intolerances well catered for. Overall well worth it and I would say good value for money."

"The hotel is located very close to the Medieval City of Carcassonne, and we could even see the castle walls from our room window. It is also very convenient for walking to other attractions and even to the newer part of the city. The lady at the front desk, Caroline, was very warm, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet, which met our main requirements for a good stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of choices. The hotel also provides free parking for guests in the courtyard. This was the best parking experience we had during our entire trip through Spain and France, especially compared with many other hotels where the parking entrances and spaces were much tighter. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would happily stay here again."

"Awesome and well priced hotel withing a small walk across the river to the main bars and restaurants, maybe a 4/5 min slow walk and within a 15min walk of the main event of the Citadel, mind this is all up hill. Car parking is free on street if you park in the public carpark by the river which is only a 80-100m walk. Hotel itself is lovely, a bath in the room, open walk through shower and a view of the Citadel and bridge on an evening to take many pictures from. We didn't eat at the hotel, a short 2-3 min walk gets you to all a selection of restaurants, cafe's and boulangerie's over the river. Great queen bed, pillows and shower and the room was immaculate."

"Great value, clean and modern with nice design touches, in the rooms and all around the hotel. The view of the Citadel from my window was enchanting by day and by night - and from the restaurant and rooftop, just breathtaking. A short walk to the Citadel or main town, restaurants all nearby. Recommended."

"Lovely spacious apartment with a balcony. Very good value for money. Used the swimming pool a couple of times and was the only person in there. Be aware it is in a retirement complex. The only negative is that the apartment wasn't cleaned while we were there (5 nights) and there were no cleaning products in there to do this ourselves. We were able to collect clean towels from reception but the used ones were not collected. Should have just asked. Having said all that, I would stay there again and simply buy some cleaning wipes."
