"The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED. I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. Then i contacted Hotels.com and they didn't help at all. I was very disappointed and since i was on vacation decided to pay...

Top Cova Square Hotel Reviews

Pousada Arraial Inn

Pousada Arraial Inn

10/10 Excellent
"When we arrived we were greeted by Pedro. He made us feel very welcome and was super helpful. This was our first visit to Arraial do Cabo so he took plenty of time to orient us to the town and sent us a digital copy of a map highlighting all the points of interest. All the staff bent over backwards to accommodate and questions or needs we had. The inn is a cozy little oasis in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. It is decorated beautifully, well maintained and kept clean. We loved the little personal note left in the room when we arrived and another the next day by the cleaning staff. I highly recommend this Pousada!"
