Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Bern Medical Park by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Great all around! My only complaint is they did not have any diet or zero sugar drink selections in their vending area, nor at breakfast. The morning breakfast staff was great interacting and joking with my two boys, as well as helping them with their plates, drinks, etc. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Location was beautiful, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, and appreciated the black out curtains. Our daughter loved the balcony and view of the water. Water pressure in the shower was very nice and towels were super soft. Breakfast from the Bistro was expensive but delicious!!"
"First off don't expect Hot fresh coffee! My family and I went to the lobby to grab coffee and tye coffee was COLD!!! Asked the lady at the front about the coffee (this was at 8:30pm) she stated she just clocked in at 3pm and hadn't made a fresh pot for either coffee meaning Strong, Decaf and light coffee until 9pm!! Why?? She was NOT FRIENDLY at all!! Again for breakfast the lady there this morning (9am) had not finished brewing the coffee which we drink Strong and that coffee hadn't been brewed yet.... Very poor!! The pillows were terribly uncomfortable the beds were eh! So, not a comfortable stay for us. The elevators seemed like they were struggling I was worried about getting stuck in them lol Also number 3 didn't work in the elevator. Breakfast is until 10am we arrived at 9am and the food was very low or there was none! Toaster barely toasted and the breakfast area was dirty! Tables were floppy so you felt like you were eating on a rocky boat!! The room was fairly clean you can see mold in the bathroom. Towels were probably the best! You can smell they were clean :) Parking was good we parked close enough but the area is sketchy. I will add the lady who checked us in at 2pm was nice & friendly. If you're looking to stay here... Look elsewhere unless you don't care about being in the ghetto."
"room was very clean, public spaces well maintained. staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. breakfast was fine. i wish there was a hairdryer in the room."
"Hanna House deserves a 10 out of 10!!
Charming, back in time feel, a true Bed and Breakfast.
Beautifully furnished, very clean, walk to town center, close to airport.
I wish I could stayed more than one night and I look forward to a return stay."
"The hotel is fine, but it’s a bit outdated. I stayed here almost 20 years ago, and it really hasn’t changed a bit, which also means the rooms haven’t been upgraded. They have a great location on the river obviously, but they charge an exorbitant amount for what you actually get."
