"there's really not a check in desk, you go to the pizza restaurant to get your keys. Our room had a new TV that requires you to download a Visio app to watch. The only problem is you have to have WIFI. this room had one bar and the TV could not connect to it. The maintenance guy stopped by and he couldn't get it working.
