The room was spotless and the pillows and bed extra comfortable and beautifully made up. Bathroom immaculate. The staff were outstanding! Very welcoming and helpful at checkin (Terri) and (Becky at checkout. The complimentary breakfast and hostess attendant was wonderful, the food was abundant, hot and delicious with great homemade cooking. Looking forward to my next stay.

The breakfast every day was great. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. The room was clean and nice. Our room was conveniently located right by the elevator, making it easy to get in and out and to breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay, rooms were clean, they have a nice free breakfast buffet, I really liked the breakfast times on the weekends are 7-10:30 that was great so we didn't have to get up extra early on our trip to go have breakfast!!! The outside area was nice, pretty flowers and nice patios!

Very central location food is on the very edge of the property with the gas station across the street. I felt some maintenance issues and lack of cleanliness but nothing that disrupted my stay

Everything good with the stay. Pillows were a little small but there were enough to have more than one. Breakfast was good. Close enough to several restaurants and to Cincinnati.

Not sure who is giving this location such high ratings of 10/10 but it really isn’t any better than a 7/10. It’s an older hotel that they have tried to renovate on a shoestring budget . Great location , bed was comfortable and a great breakfast. Staff friendly with easy check in . They seem to really cater to Utilities type customers and with all the carpeting in the hotel it shows of soiled conditions. Bathroom was renovated with poor craftsmanship . Patio doors are 1970’s so you hear a lot of street noise .
