Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the breakfast was great! It was in such a good location being only 10 minutes from downtown Covington. The best part was the staff at the front desk. Honestly, they were the friendliest and most welcoming people I have ever experienced at a hotel. We plan on coming back to Covington and because of them and the amazing service I will be staying here again no questions.

Booked based on the map which shows a 1 minute walk to the courtyard but it is actually 2 miles away. Un-walkable. Super frustrated.
