Everything was really good except that there was no AC in the bedroom and it got quite hot.

Memorable stay
Great things: - friendly, helpful and efficient staff - very clean and spacious apartment - great kitchen good for cooking - heat lamps at the bathrooms - value for money Not great things (but still good) - water pressure of the shower was not too stable. A bit clumsy in maintaining a good temperature for a warm shower.

Great location. Apartment in need of refurb. Pool was great for kids but had sand in bottom and water looked a bit murky.

A really nice place to stay for 2-7 nights. Close to the main street and waterfront. Relaxing, quiet apartment with full ammenities. Stay long enough to enjoy all 4 penguins parks (koalas, Churchill island) as well as cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

Cleanliness could be improved. coffee spills in last drawn in kitchen. No tongs or chopping board. scatter pillows from main bed stained. Stains to arm of lounge chaise, water stained carpet in main bedroom. Apartment looks tired in need of a refurb. Close to shopping and walking distance to the beach and quiet all positives.

Location is great. Good sized apartment. Bed was comfortable. BUT…Multiple faulty appliances and lights. Had to be moved due to oven-top not working, was not assisted to do so. Washing machine was then faulty in the new apartment. Curtains were falling off. Internet NEVER worked (I was there for 5 days). Staff seemed put out by my concerns, I was reluctantly assisted. They did not try to give me any incentive to return (such as reduction in price or moving me to a nicer apartment). I was pretty disappointed overall.

Whilst the rooms themselves are clean and well maintained, acoustics were a real issue. We heard every footstep, every child squeal constantly!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, walk to the shops and beach. Quiet and comfortable beds and pillows, Spacious upper 2bedroom level apartment, 1 toilette. Clean and sunny. The only downside is the internet was very slow, but that was the case in many parts of the island and luckily we were on holiday i.e. not work stay. Otherwise, I would highly recommend and we would stay again if visiting the island.

Right in the centre of Cowes and the pool was great for the kids (and us). Everything worked in the apartment and the rooms were light and airy. The rooms could do with a refresh and show signs of poor workmanship, but this didn't affect our enjoyment.
