"The hotel was nice and clean. Some things in the room were visibly worn, but it didn't really diminish the stay for the price we paid. Unfortunately the pool was closed, so my kids missed out on getting to swim, but it was stated on their website (although not on hotels.com where we booked from). Breakfast was great and there was a play room for small children which was a great plus since the pool was closed!"

"The room we had was suppose to be handicap and it was not. You could not get in the shower because it had a raised bathtub. There was roaches and ants in the room that we had to take care of ourselves. They never came to the room to get dirty towels or give us clean towels. They did not notify people that the pool was not in service and my kids was really upset so I had to deal with that. The cereal dispenser was not in working condition and most places have fruit and little muffins or cookies for there guests in the evening. I know now to ask about the pools and evening snacks, for the money I spent on the room they should have something for the guests."
