Lástima de hotel muy bonito pero pesimo servicio, las habiacuones sin agua caliente,los wc los asientos rotos y los cambiaron 2 dias después,el servicio de restaurante lento y la comida o ingredientes lo mandaban a traer de alguna tiendita sin postres con un carta bastante pobre en fin yo no regresare nunca

El personal tiene buena actitud pero les falta mucha capacitación. La comida no es buena. Los camarones los sirven sucios sin limpiar. Le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel en general. La alberca está muy sucia . Es un buen lugar para asolearse y descansar

Es un hotel pet friendly por lo tanto tienes que ir con la idea que los perros van a estar ladrando cuando tratas de dormir y cuidar tus platos de comida para que no te los roben

El hotel está hermoso. Muy relajado, la comida deliciosa!!!! Los costos de la carta son buenos. La atención y la ubicación son excelentes!!! Me encantó!!! Definitivamente lo recomiendo muchísimo!!!!!! Todo está súper limpio y el mobiliario es de calidad. La tranquilidad en playa es mucha ya que no hay gente vendiendo ni señoras gordas haciendo escándalo. Lo recomiendo al 100 es lo que buscaba cuando pensé en playa. Nada que ver con los hoteles tradicionales.

HOTEL PET FRIENDLY SUMAMENTE RECOMENDABLE

Es la primera vez que nos hospedamos en este Hotel. Buscábamos un sitio Pet friendly y la verdad supero nuestras expectativas, tiene muchos espacios para descansar, es muy limpio, en ningún momento encontramos heces de perro o un mal olor (esta establecido que el dueño tiene la obligación de hacerse cargo de su mascota), lo único que sentimos que les falla es que el personal es poco y a veces se tardan en atender en el restaurante o alguna petición a la habitación. Eso si los platillos tienen excelente sabor y buenas porciones. Otro detalle es que además de tener playa privada, por la ubicación no hay tanta gente y realmente se puede disfrutar de los bellos atardeceres.

Es un hotel muy tranquilo con buenos servicios y comodidades, el personal nos atendió bien, las mascotas la pasan increíble, los precios del restaurant no son accesibles y no son de buena calidad, lo que recomendaría sería un salon de juegos y una área de basquetbol o volibol ya que cuentan con el espacio y faltan actividades dentro del hotel

No te dejan consumir tus alimentos ni bebidas en las instalaciones, y las que venden en el hotel carisimas, la comida muy poca porción y los costos elevadisimos, no te dan toallas, si no les pides el servicio de limpieza no te lo dan, insectos en las habitaciones.

el personal es muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte. el hotel esta en malas condiciones en las habitaciones, los colchones de las camas son muy sucios y hay cucarachas en las habitaciones, en la carta de alimentos menciona cosas como café gourmet (que te cobran como tal) y te sacan agua caliente y café de frasco para que te lo prepares. no hay relación costo-calidad

La comida es Malisima! pero en verdad mala! Las instalaciones son muy lindas. Se fue la luz 2 dias y no tuvimos agua. El aire acondicionado estaba descompuesto y "pitaba" en la madrugada ( estando apagado) Como en la noche dejan COMPLETAMENTE solo el hotel no había quien nos ayudara y tuvimos que ingeniarnos las para poder dormir. Bajamos el switch de la luz.
