"We booked this hotel because we were celebrating an important birthday. The Main Reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. When we finished dinner we dressed for the pool and arrived just to be told the pool was Closed for a private party. NEVER WERE WE TOLD IF THIS DURING BOOKING OR CHECK IN. Very disappointing to be charged full price and not be able to use what we paid for. Probably will not book here again."

"Various front desk staff not friendly. Seemed put out when we reported black mold in hot tub, asked for crib and asked them 3 separate days to fix window shade which they finally did. Mold was never cleaned off. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and close to navy base."

"Do not stay here. Room was dirty, smelly, hot, and run down. People just walking around everywhere in the parking lot and hanging out in lobby. "

"The rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the doors felt extremely unsafe even when locked. The bathrooms kept clogging, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The staff was rude and completely unwelcoming, showing little to no concern for guests. The entire building looked poorly maintained and in bad condition. On top of that, the bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains and other suspicious marks on them, which was honestly disgusting and unacceptable. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to rest and enjoy your trip, I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. "

The free breakfast was a standout feature, featuring a wide variety of self-serve items like yogurt, fruits, hot drinks, juices, bread, pancakes, sausage, and scrambled eggs. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the freeway is convenient for travelers."

"The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/"
