"In a good location...walkable to the harbour area. Close to Starbucks, the Od Spaghetti Factory, etc. A 20min walk to the Fisherman's Wharf. Staff were courteous, friendly and very accomodating. Amenities and room is great with Tyneham products in the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel and will go back sometime in the future."

"My room on the back side was great — comfortable bed & linens, a nicely equipped bathroom, good blackout curtains, and all very clean. Great location, easy walking to all the attractions, the included breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast were super. The only negative for me was the high price for parking - $18/night."

"Room was on the smaller side but spotlessly clean and quiet. Loved the breakfast provided free every morning. Wasn’t nuts about the bed. Mattress was too firm for me, minus a pillow top. It was okay but the sheets were on the coarse side and made me feel itchy. I have sensitive skin and most good hotels I’ve stayed at have had quality soft sheets. These sheets weren’t among them!"

"I chose Double Tree because they were one of the few options with overheight parking. It turned out to be parking by valet only which was another $36 but they did a great job. The hotel was without a flaw, close to the water, very comfy bed and multiple dining options."

The valet patking, although an extra cost, was an added perk as it took the pressure off of us trying to locate parking in such a busy area.
