"Everything was great"

"Fantastic hotel, great staff, so helpful and friendly. Room was super clean and well stocked, the family suite is perfect for families with young kids. The area just around the hotel is a little rough, but a short 5 minute walk towards the water takes you to a nicer part of town. Rubys reataurant is phenomenal! Excellent food at reasonable prices, we loved it. Will stay again!"

"What’s not to love about the JB Inn? Our second time in the wonderful cottage. The staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy working there. The James Bay neighbourhood is peaceful and historic. The Emily Carr house is just half a block away. The ducks and peacocks in Beacon Hill Park are a 5 minute walk away. We’ll be back sooner than later."

"The staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early, and even offered me a quiet and private place to eat my breakfast. After an unpleasant experience at another hotel, the Rialto was a most welcome change. Beautiful, clean, and spacious. I will stay there every time I visit Victoria from now on."
