Great staff all round at reception (Kyle), at breakfast, at the gym facilities. Very decent room with comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast.

THE SPACE TO STAY
This place was perfect for what we needed. He had a slight hiccup with HVAC in our first room then lighting in the second but excellent customer service. Would book there again.

The rooms at No1 are always amazing: clean, comfortable, aesthetically nice, and very conveniently located. This would have been a 5*, but unfortunately we got the attic room, which involved MANY stairs up. Given my mother's age and mobility, this negatively impacted the enjoyment of our stay. If ...
