"In the last couple months the hotel has been completely redone. The new ownership is determined to make this a great hotel. It is new inside and out. Felt and looks like a brand new hotel. As an example, it has all new top quality Pella brand windows. The new beds were wonderful. It was a great deal for the money. Someone is at the desk 24/7. We stayed for one night. This is because we thought it would be nice to see Anchorage for one day before we flew out after our cruise. The staff kept our luggage safe all day long. Mike at the desk was exceptional and very thoughtful."
"We had a great 2 night stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful, suggesting points of interest, places to eat, and held our luggage for us after check out because we had a late night flight. Our room was clean and we enjoyed a nice breakfast each morning."
"The rooms are spacious and in a great part of Anchorage. Visitors can easily walk to restaurants and the coastal walking trail. Front desk staff were very accommodating."
"The staff this trip there were very nice and helpful. I had a small issue with the shower but they fixed it right away. Wish tje Hotel had breakfast. Coffee was good and it was quite even being a busy Alaska summer weekend. Ill be staying there again soon."
