The building needs updated and repaired. Walking down the hallway from our room, there was a section of the ceiling that was missing and it had plastic covering the hole. Wallpaper by the elevator was peeling off the wall."

When I go to check in at the front desk the guy tells me that I can't check in my room until 11am that day and has an attitude about it. Then around comes 11am, I go back to check in again and then the next guy tells me I can't until 1pm. It made zero sense as to why it took 8 hours for us to be able to check in when I was already able to successfully buy the room. Never coming back."
