"Great place to stay for the night. Clean room, hot water, comfortable bed & working air conditioner. The area was well lit at night. Large grass area for dogs. Price was great. No frills but we just needed a bed & hot shower. Plenty of parking, even for oversize vehicles."

"This hotel is under appreciated based on some of the reviews. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The mattress appeared to be brand new and was very comfortable. My only wish was for a coffee maker in the room. But coffee was offered in the lobby. I travel to Monett a few times each year and am happy to know there is a nice clean and inexpensive place to stay. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Watch out because using 3rd party sites will give you crappy rooms. This was the first time we used Expedia. I’m not impressed, they booked us in a handicap room and the room was damp and musty. They had moisture control boxes in the corners of the room. We made them change our room. The room we got the 2nd time was better. Do Better people!!!!"

"The Motel was clean, fresh and bed was comfortable. Pool was closed due to maintenance (weather was cool and wet so it didn’t matter). Parking was plentiful. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this motel and I will stay there again. I usually went out for breakfast with family that lives there."
