"The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead). Top Cranford Hotel Reviews

The Park Hotel

8/10 Good

"Our stay was very good our room was very clean although the bathroom was a bit tight on space. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with a wide variety to chose from, all in all we enjoyed our. Mike & Moira"

The Beach at Bude

10/10 Excellent

"Always a wonderful experience when I stay here on business. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are large and airy with everything you need for a one night stay. Breakfast is also delicious. Only downsides are the limited parking and there could be a little more selection on the in room tea and coffee choices such as hot chocolate sachets and herbal tea bags."

The Royal Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Checked okay parking was close, the lift was out of order so walked to room not really a problem, but staff member sent me me on a 10min walk around the hotel with their instructions on how to get to the room, I later discovered a much quicker way using an alternative staircase, room was clean and well maintained. WiFi not the best but definitely useable. I cannot comment on food as I didn't eat in the hotel but there are some nice restaurants nearby."

The Cedars Inn by Greene King Inns

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed for one night en route to a North Devon holiday. The room was excellent, spacious, clean and well laid out. A very comfy bed meant a good night's sleep. Bathroom even had a bath. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had a very good meal. Breakfast was also excellent with a great choice all freshly cooked. Plenty of easy parking and outdoor space. Definitely worth staying and would do so again."
