"Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also."

"Yeah was a good stay staff was friendly and helpful, parking around the area is fairly priced/free over the weekends and location to town was perfect as only a £8 taxi into Bristol. Rooms were clean and well laid out, would have prefers to have a tv and hairdryer in the room but you’d have to bring ur own haha. Would rate is 7/10 overall nice place to stay."

Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money."
