"We were visiting family for several days and utilized the gym, laundry, pool and breakfast service. Everything was top notch! The staff are very helpful and friendly and we were greeted by every employee we saw while here. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. We will always book this hotel going forward!"
Quality Inn Crossville Near Cumberland Mountain State Park
8/10 Good
"Clean room. Minor maintenance needed in 2 areas, which when I checked out, I let front desk know. Appeared someone from previous stay pulled window covering down too far and you couldnt get it to roll back up. Shower curtain rod was loose on both ends causing rod to dip in middle and shower curtain would slide to middle rather than staying closed. Shower water then went on outside of tub. Breakfast was really good."
"This was a last minute over night stay. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great. The Shower was good as well tub was a little slippery. No breakfast and Coffee was in the lobby. But for the price it was good. The lady at the front desk was reakky sweet. I did have to do a $40 cash deposit, was given back right after they checked to room. I can see why they do this, due to some people taking towels ect. They have a ATM in the lobby for you to get the cash with a $3 fee. Overall this was a good place to stay. If we are ever in the area and need a place to spend the night we would stay here."
"I travel at least a dozen times every year and normally stay at a Comfort Inn. I was extremely pleased with my stay in Crossville TN. I was very pleased with my room and the staff were happy to help a disabled senior lady. One thing that that really jumped out to me was that I could actually smell the cleanliness, even in the hallways. Some of my family members stayed there a few years ago, and hearing their comments, it seems this Comfort Inn has kept up their standards!"
"Overall a nice hotel, it was clean, the shower had good water pressure and they put enough towels in the room to cover my stay. This has been one of the few hotels I’ve stayed in where I didn’t have to go by the desk every day to beg for towels. Also, it was close to a lot of great restaurants. The only downside is they are still working on the road. I remember that from my last stay. Hopefully they’ll have that finished soon."
"The location was great. Check-in was easy. Plenty of parking. The room was clean. The AC in the room got very cool which we really appreciated after a hot day. The bed was a little firm, but that seems to be the case with most hotels. The breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."
"Our room smelled like stale smoke when we arrived. It wasn't terrible but something to note. The room felt clean, I like that there is not carpet in the room. Our biggest issue was the air conditioner. It was very loud and struggled to keep up. It was unseasonably hot out so I think that was part of the issue, but it was difficult to sleep at night with the noise and the heat. The motel was full so we would not have been able to move rooms. The woman that was working the front desk was lovely and welcoming. The pool area was nice and it was open late, which my kids appreciated. There was a nice large parking lot so parking is not an issue."
