"I would definitely stay here again, it was such a great location to catch the ferry from Cherbourg and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in quite late, around 7pm, parking and taking my dog were no problem, it was all so easy and in an incredibly impressive historical building. There is a restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t try and also quite a few other places to eat within the town. It felt very safe and quiet. "

"This is a quaint B&B in the heart of St Mere Eglise, 1 short block from anywhere in town. Room was very spacious. Beautiful courtyard in the back that is great for your homemade happy hour. Or if you prefer, the best restaurant in town is 30 feet from the courtyard. "

"A surprise gem, slightly older hotel so unsure when we arrived but the staff are wonderful and the location is great, walkable (20mins down the hill and back up) to the town. A really pleasant stay."

The host was always available to everyone, even though they left you to rest and enjoy. The property is tranquil and peaceful, allowing you to relax. "Located in the center of Carentan across from the bahnhof, this hotel is easy to find. Parking is available in back or on the street. The room we stayed in #11, has no interior curtains. To have privacy, you close the outdoor shutters and lock them, the close the windows. No electric outlets in the bathroom or 2nd room where 2 single beds are located. Rooms are clean, bed was firm. "

"Our stay was perfectly fine. It was a little tighter spacewise than anticipated but we managed. Comfortable bed and good showering facility. Not much space to put anything and a bigger or another couple of towels would be an improvement. Staff were friendly and helpful and with their limited English and my limited French, we sorted everything!!"
