"Check in was terrible, not given good directions to room after long day of driving. One robe missing, replaced by housekeeping. TV did not work, engineer got it working after replacing the "cable". Bed does not have top sheet, reportedly hotel policy. Very much not hygienic!!! We chose to place it ..."

Carmel Mission Inn
"The quality of the room was poor, the bed was uncomfortable, the gym is the saddest I’ve ever seen, the hallways smelled, you have to ask for towels for the pool, the bar is closed Sunday-Monday. I will not be coming back. Shame that I had to waste my birthday on this place."

"I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment."
