A good place to stay for a one night ( with a car)

I have no bad comments. We didn’t eat breakfast. The only thing is really bad Wi-Fi. May be because our room was far away for the reception. The surrounding is nothing to say about….in the middle of nowhere, but there are some fast food restaurants, if you’re interested. A Short trip with a car to a nice and beautiful city of Troyes.

Avoid, not up to any basic standard.

Bed sheet not made fully, dirty towel left from previous customer, floor dirty, stains on wall. Sorry but if this is what almost 100 gbp buys in France then look at non hotels. 20 years ago this was probably good value, now it’s a flea pit.

le séjour s'est bien passé en général. Le confort de la chambre était bon hormis la climatisation qui ne délivrait pas beaucoup de froid (nous étions chambre 64). Le petit-déjeuner était de bonne qualité. Manque peut-être des cendriers au niveau des circulations des chambres !!

Je reserve cet hotel pour le critere de la climatisation..j appelle dans la journee pour demander de n etre pas au RDC car je vois que les portes de la chambre donnent directement sur le couloir commun exterieur comme dans les campaniles.on me repond oui on verra quand vous arriverez je precise quil sera passé 21h pas de reponse supplementaire.j arrive je paye ..le receptionnaire m a bien mise au 1er etage..sauf qu une fois arrivee dans la chambre pas de clim une chaleur atroce l appareil digital au mur annonce 28 degres..je descend le signaler au receptionniste qui impassible me dit oui on a 1 probleme ca ne fonctionne pas ..je dis oui mais j ai réservé car il il avait clim...sinon je derai partie ailleurs..ouvrez votre fenetre!!! Mais elle donne sur le couloir ou tout le monde passe je ne peux pas dormir comme ca et toujours impassible il repond pas de souci madame il y a des cameras partout!¡!!!!!!!!!!!j nuit atroce.... Je travaille en déplacement toute l annee et arrivee dans la chambre je me rappelle etre venue il y a deja bien longtemps et on m avait deja fait le meme coup..pas d excuse ni remboursement....veritable mepris du client a fuir bien évidemment

Correct pourrait être très bien avec maintenance

Hôtel bien situé prés des magasins d'usines jouxtant un restaurant que je recommande pour sa cuisine et son bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel de l’hôtel est aimable, petit déjeuner bien garni est approvisionné en continu. Chambre propre et literie confortable. Ou cela pêche c'est la maintenance: Dans l'une des chambres nous avions une lampe de chevet "déglinguée", le chauffage de la salle de bain (souffleur) qui ne fonctionnait pas, et le sèche cheveux rafistolé par du scotch

Superbe chambre, bonne literie, seul probleme, lors du menage, penser a lever la tête, nombreux files de poussiere. Revoir la clim de la chambre 02 qui a un probleme. L endroit et joli, je reviendrai.
