"Bad"

"Feet sticking to bathroom floor, the only way to get water bottles was from a machine that would not work, breakfast was a joke- nothing refreshed, trash overflowing, cheap styrofoam coffee cups, out of milk, syrup, butter etc. Not a single employee overseeing breakfast area. Guests were going to the door of kitchen trying to find someone to help and it was deserted. Boxes sitting in the lobby of office supplies that were also there the night before which tells me no one had the initiative to put things away. Only 1 elevator working. People checked in before us were changing rooms due to air conditioning and a bad smell in their room. Our room door was open when we got there but all looked okay. Overall NOT a clean well kept or well managed place! "

"It was a very short stay so I could catch an early morning flight. A little too warm in the room and took most of the night to cool off but other then that it was great!"

"This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff was nice, that was the only good thing. The room I booked 3 weeks in advance wasn’t available. They gave us one that didn’t have enough beds for us. We asked for a second room, and they gave us the smokers version. This room had blinking lights (bulb going out?), an actual blood trail from the bed to the bathroom, bloody handprints on the wall, dresser and window, ashes on the blanket on one bed, blood on the couch, and it smelled terrible. Never, ever again. "
