"I knew it would be “basic” when I booked the “hostel”, but I wanted to stay near Combe Laval for the views. Service was slow and the breakfast was non-existent. "Crumbs in the desk around the light when I checked in — icky but still he front desk staff took care of that. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately the swimming pool/spa wasn’t open on a Tuesday — the pool was the main reason I chose this hotel, so that was disappointing. Room was fine, as to be expected. "
