"Beautiful ocean front setting makes a stay at this plain jane hotel a winner. The dining room has big windows, the food is good, and the sunsets wonderful. I didn't get a room with a balcony, but will next time since it is really on the ocean. Nonetheless, I appreciated the functional windows so I could let in the sea breeze and hear the waves. Very nice location next to a large green park, the lighthouse, and piers. There is a brewery a block away and a great coffee shop about 4 blocks. "

"Close to national Park. Town is very blah. All food restaurants took forever. Hotel room was not clean. Still had used soap on sink. Ice bucket looked like someone poured soda in it, and didn't wash it out. Blankets are paper thin. Our remote was broken, got a replacement and that one was also broke. Had to complain twice and they finally brought a new one once we were all in bed. Night employees (owners) don't speak English. Our door had to be slammed In order to shut all the way. Shower floor was dirty."

"No pool, or breakfast, but the staff was nice and the property was right on the beach pretty much, loved that. Only complaint is that there was no fan in the bathroom, so you have to open the window. Luckily I was on the end so only 1 other room was walking by. It also made the room stuffy. The staff are all nice though. Would stay again for sure!"

"Room204: bathroom is clean yet has a bit of black mold. Staff is “quiet” and pleasant. AC and wifi work. Room smells fresh, linens and beddings are clean. On the “go breakfast” of waffles, bread, jam, cereal, milk, hot chocolate, coffee is available. Wish there were fruit. Thank you for the good experience!"

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay a couple nights with our family of 6! Quiet, roomy, very cute place! Super close to the Redwoods (about 20 minutes). Nice basic breakfast in the morning consisting of toast/ jelly + butter, cereal and milk, oatmeal, bananas, apples, and juice. Thank you North Coast Inn! "
