Small room but good enough for a short stay. Staff was friendly and immediately replaced our fridge that wasn’t working. Room was clean except for inside the microwave. Good stay for the price.

The actual bedding was fresh and clean, but all the non-smoking rooms still stink of cigarettes….no service was given during the three night stay and the toilet paper ran out by the end with no extra anywhere. Price is more than double what it should be for this motel that claims to be a hotel.

Room and the property is dirty and in poor shape. Smelt heavily of cigarettes. There was a wall unit running all night that couldn’t be shut off that was squealing throughout the night. Several door slams throughout the night that shook the room.

We're sorry to hear about your review.You requested a refund because your stay was rescheduled, but when you were told that we were unable to sell the room during your booking period and therefore could not issue a refund, you became angry and decided to leave a terrible review. However, you threatened us by leaving a review based on untrue facts, so we will be taking legal action against you. We will be filing a claim for damages for damaging our image and spreading falsehoods, which will be proven by our lawyers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

The owners go out of their way to make sure that you’re comfortable and that you get everything you need. I highly recommend this inn to stay at. The rooms are all very clean. Great food around the area Super great location I highly recommend this place

I would not stay here. the room I selected had the kitchen in the bedroom, they wanted to charge me extra for the room that I booked online. The place is very run down, old, smelled like stale smok. This place is very run down, beds are old, terrible condition and the old man at the front desk could not speak a word of English.

Hotel staff is polite and friendly. Property is easy to find. It is quiet on the property. If you have a dog the hotel has a huge fenced dog area that is awesome for your fur pets. The room was comfortable and clean even though it is an older property

Good place close to downtown and walkable to other places in Creston & Erickson. Staff was friendly Clean & comfortable & pretty quiet which was nice a good price. Am staying here again in the near future

Great property with superior management
We were very impressed with this motel. The rooms were smaller than most, but for an older hotel it was updated and extremely clean! The linens and comforters were of high quality. The shower & water pressure was awesome! Hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and a brewery. We would definitely stay here again!

Kitchenet was not well stocked and the dish towels were stained, old and torn. Carpet was dirty with bits of stuff everywhere. Bathroom towels were also old and torn and the shower head nearly fell off and had to be screwed on as it was spraying water everywhere. Shower curtain was stained and no extra bedding in room for the sofa bed. Do not sit on or use the sofa as its foam was so broken and filled with holes the futon bars were the only thing stopping ones behind from hitting the floor. Removing the black protective black cloth revieled the scary holes where the floor was clearly visible. Online states the office is open 24hrs but a sign on door states 7am - 11pm but when leaving at 9am office was still closed with no staff around. Wont be staying there again.

This property is under new management and the owner was really friendly and informative. He said they'd done extensive painting, cleaning and upgrading of rooms and this was apparent. Our room was clean and had dishes and a full kitchenette. The bathroom was clean, but the one negative comment I have is that the shower curtain had what looked like a bloodstain on it, which was enough to make me not want to shower! Otherwise it was quiet, there was lots of parking and our stay was pleasant.
