Friendly staff, took care of concerns quickly. Clean room, but had some wear and tear. Food area was sparse, no coffee made out in breakfast area. Grounds ok, but weird food items on the window ledges outside.

Super simple to get in. Super simple to get out. Mostly clean. It's a $50 a night roadside motel. I mean if you're expecting to reach Carlton to say that. The bed was a little bit firmer than I like, but everybody's got their personal preference. I would absolutely stay here again. There was nothing wrong with it whatsoever

A quick overnight in Crete

Room was clean and everything was appropriate. For a quick overnight stay, it is a good stay. Breakfast choices were ok. Fresh waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt. Typical hotel selection. Lots of Wyndham branded stuff, so it might be associated with Wyndham.

Sheet needed to be changed and i pulled it off the bed and put it with the dirty towels, but they just made the bed without a fitted sheet. Otherwise everything went well. Clean and friendly staff.

People are living there longterm. Children are left alone so parents can go to work. Was woke up after midnight both nights. Let management know and they simply called the people and asked them to be quiet. That apparently upset the people above us as the noise only became louder. Second night after second time letting managers know they told me they called them and that's all they could do. I was told to go upstairs and talk to them myself... to which I responded I would have to call the police and the manager started screaming at me asking why I would call the police and I told him because I wasn't going to someone's room at 1 am without police to protect me. Manager then proceeded to scream at me to pack my things and leave and he would refund me for that night. I let him know my husband and I had both taken sleeping pills and legally could not drive... let alone find another hotel in the middle of the night. I gave up on any form of reasoning with him at that point and went back to the room and endured a sleepless night of stomping above me. Upon checkout nobody would come to the desk. Obviously they were watching on the cameras. Finally 20 minutes later a woman showed up. I asked for a receipt and they refused to provide me one. The next day I got 3 emails begging me not to leave a bad review and they were refunding 1 night. I did receive a refund. However, people deserve the truth. Will never stay there again. Rude and shady!
