"Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. "The Gouves Park Hotel is a family friendly hotel with a Water Park. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff at the hotel are exceptional helpful and friendly. The life guards at the park are excellent and very friendly. There is a beach and a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. "liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "
