"This is a lovely hotel and in a prime location. I was here on a solo trip for 4 days. it took me two bus journeys to get here including airport bus from Verona airport. But it is very easy to find and is a few minutes walk from bus stops, ferry ports and cable car. The room I was in was small but clean, very basic and dated but as a solo traveller I didnt mind. No hot drink facilities in the room and very small TV with no digital channels. Not a huge problem but can see why it would for most people. The towels in the bathroom are very very thin and frayed - I thought they were pillow cases. The walls too are very thin and could hear the people in the room next to me snoring and chatting quietly. But bed very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers basic breakfast which is ok, hot eggs, bacon and sausages, cold continental and pastries, coffee machine wasn’t that great but did enjoy the English breakfast teas. The hotel also offers 10% discount at the restaurant which I have to say is stunning and was shocked it wasn’t fully booked every night. You’re basically paying for the location but the food is lovely. Would recommend the seafood spaghetti. Was surprised to see a waiter serving with a hoodie on with the hood up, but all staff are so so lovely and extremely helpful. If you’re travelling here alone you will have no worries. "

"Every thing was perfect very nice for Families any size . Only thing I didn’t like was sofa bed but for smaller person I think will be fine. Maybe more parking spots will be better for resort that size.Everything else was perfect food and drinks in all inclusive package was great. Also location perfect . Thank you "

The resort itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and truly designed to help you switch off. "Everything from the location, amenities, staff, park to the rear and access to the lake was excellent! Fantastic hotel in one of the most picturesque settings i've visited. Room had amazing views of the snow capped mountains, the park and the lake. A path to the rear of the hotel, along the lake is great for cycling and walking and takes you to the centre of Riva with lovely shops and restaurants in one direction and to "

"Breakfast was amazing. Staff super friendly. Parking was good. Everything was clean. My only problem is you can hear everything in the rooms. We got no sleep at all, which we needed so that we can do a 9 hour drive. So we are disappointed that no sleep occured. Soundproofing would be ideal or hang up more items as the hallways echo loudly. "
