"Room was clean. Our first room had no hot water but they quickly gave us a comparable room on the same floor. Gym room was well appointed with equipment and had water cooler. Breakfast was better than others I’ve seen with eggs, sausage, thin bacon, potatoes. Oranges were juicy and delicious. Front desk was courteous and helpful."

"There were cockroaches in every room and that was all I was able to think about during my short time in the room. First I saw them in the bathroom and killed several thinking that I could control them. I saw at least 15 in the bathroom and killed at least seven there. I then closed off the bathroom to the main room. I tried sleeping on the desk chair but then I saw a couple cockroaches on the desk. I also saw two on the bed and even one in the microwave oven. I never was able to get into the bed and decided to leave around 1:00 a.m.. It took me quite a while to finally get out of there because I had to shake out every single piece of clothing and luggage that I had in the room. Plus I was very tired and unnerved. I told the night manager when I left that I would like a refund and he gave me the number for the manager. I called him and he said he could not give me any refund. I then emailed the general manager and he said that there was no evidence of cockroaches. That was maddening and ridiculous! The bottom line is that there were cockroaches everywhere and they refused to give me any refund!"

"The property was in disrepair. My first assigned room had not been cleaned. The next room they assigned me the toilet did not flush. The next room they gave me. The TV did not work. The pool had brown water in it. I would like a refund for this because I left and did not stay the night. It was just too dirty. I asked the clerk for a refund but they said I had to go through Expedia"
