"The hotel is a self check in. The owner called and gave us a room code. The Piano room was so cool! Huge bathroom and comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!"

Pros: great location for all things downtown Dahlonega, very quiet room-surprising because of the location, gorgeous detail of design to enhance the historic location. Cons: The toilet room is a tight fit when you sit down. Wish they had blackout curtains because the room was lit up as soon as the sun came up. Wish it had a split conditioner instead of a window unit for the hot summer nights. However, this is a wonderful place, and I am being nitpicky. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband, and the character and history of the room made it unique from all the cookie cutter hotels that most people frequent. If you want a unique experience with modern conveniences, then this is definitely the right place to book. "
