"We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and everything was absolutely wonderful. From the reception to the facilities and service, everything exceeded our expectation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The bed are cozy, the atmosphere is quiet, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the communication with the hotel was smooth and easy. The location is perfect- surrounded by plenty of coffeee shops, a McDonal’s and most importantly metro station just around the corner. I would highly recommend Hotel Exe Plaza to anyone visiting Madrid. Thank you for making our time so pleasant. "

"Everything is brand new, which is really nice. The check-in process was very smooth, and there's someone there to help you. The rooms are spacious, which was a plus. The only downside is that they are quite far from the city, and there are very few dining options nearby. You do have an Aldi down the street to go to, but overall, options are limited. I would rate this place an 8/10. "
