"The staff was so kind and the property looks on the beautiful cliffs of Madeira. We loved being able to use the Galosol pool, this was definitely a highlight. There are many restaurants within walking distance and parking is very inexpensive and easy in front. Nice to be away from the city but still close to visit as needed, would recommend for a relaxing stay!"

"A very nice place to stay as a base whilst visiting around the beautiful island. Its not far from Funchal by BOLT taxi service and close to airport too, so not difficult to travel to the main centre."

"Spent 3 nights, good location only 11 mins from airport, in front of the Riu hotel. 3 bedrooms, one huge living room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace overlooking the sea and Riu. Small handy supermarket downstairs, parking in the building's garage but better have smaller than bigger car, it's a bit tight. Beach about 10 mins walking, I still swam in early March. "My girlfriend and I stayed for over a week at Palheiro Village. Let me start by saying how impressed we were with the whole experience. The space feels very safe and clean, the staff and other guests are friendly and welcoming. The building we stayed in had adequate parking and a short walk to the pool. During the visit we also played a round at the golf course. Which was a very respectable course, especially for more advanced golfers. I would definitely recommend a stay at Palheiro Village to freinds and family "

"We went to Madeira, Porto, and Lisbon for our honeymoons and stayed at four different hotels during our visit, and the Savoy Palace was far and away the best hotel we stayed at. The room and view were both incredible and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool area. We’d absolutely stay here again if we come back to Madeira."

"This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean right from the window. When we arrived, the children were greeted with lovely welcome gifts, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The outdoor saltwater pool had a very comfortable temperature, and the nearby hot-water Jacuzzi was a perfect place to relax. There’s also a warm indoor pool inside the hotel, ideal for children and great for any weather. If I ever dreamed of coming back to Madeira, it would definitely be to this hotel. It offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere"

"No parking in the resort, only 7 minutes away walking uphill, most uncomfortable with suitcases even if you dropped off the suitcases you would still need to walk the distance and pay. I dislike separate beds in a couples room Tough toilet paper No shampoo conditioner supplied, only a kind of soap 1 small chocolate bar in the room, for 2.5 euros, not fun or enough Receptionist quite unkind, makes no effort to be kind or friendly "
