Staff were really nice. Booked online so check-in was quick and easy you do have to pay parking but only £5 extra. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Great stay and great price. Would stay again

Future Inns Cardiff Bay
Room was clean and spacious. TV was a nightmare to operate, so reported to reception whi said that they would send someone to check it out. No-one came!

Nice modern hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cleaning could be improved as it was obvious it needed cleaning under beds and mattress in our room.
