A joy to stay here
My wife and I stayed for two nights. Our host was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Very clean, lovely spacious room. Separate shower and large bath. Very comfortable large bed. The food was wonderful. I can especially recommend the scrambled egg

Cromer happy
Lovely B&B break for two nights. Couldn’t fault it. Be aware stairs to room are steep and curved if you have mobility issues. We didn’t. Richard very helpful and excellent host. Breakfast very good.

An amazing B&B
What a fantastic B&B, without doubt made our stay so comfortable and easy. Richard made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, our room (Harrison) was large, quiet at night, had a comfy bed and a great ensuite. Breakfast is outstanding, great quality food cooked perfectly. If that wasn’t enough it’s a simple 10 min walk into town. Would definitely recommend and happily stay there again.

The hotel is very conveniently located for Cromer and the rooms are clean and comfortable. A good choice of individually prepared breakfasts, the quality of which was excellent.

We booked for three nights over a long weekend and couldn't have asked for better accommodation. Ogilvy House is outstanding in all respects: beautifully presented, comfortable and clean, delicious breakfastS, located in a quiet part of Cromer but only a short walk from the seafront, and our hosts couldn't have been more helpful or hospitable. A lovely weekend.

A 5 star Guest House
Parking was easy. Our room was exemplary clean and decorated with a lovely modern ensuite . breakfast was varied. Hot and very tasty indeed .Host Richard was a gentleman and very obliging. An added bonus was it was only a few minutes casual walking into the town and lovely beach area. If your looking to go to Cromer I would definitely recommend the Oglivy.

HOTELIERS CHOICE
As a Hotel School Graduate(1968) and Hotelier for over 50 years I tried very hard to find something to complain and honestly I couldn't. if I ever go to that part of England again OGILVY HOUSE would be definitely my first choice.

Very pleasant guest house
The house is lovely, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful, the only gripe I have is that our room was at the top of the house my wife has a bad knee so it was quite difficult for her to get up and down, if we book again it will have to be on the second floor, other than that it was a nice stay.

Delightful local B&B
We had a lovely stay for our two nights. We arrived late on a Friday night but the hosts were very helpful arranging a late check in. The room was clean and comfortable, with a particularly great bed. Breakfast both mornings was delicious with good cooked options and a selection of cereals. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel located in quiet road close to town.
Hotel within easy reach to both town and beach. Parking was on road and most of the time if not outside was very near to the hotel.

Only short walking distance to centre of town.
Managed to bag Harrison Room, tastefully decorated and clean. Large room with HUGE bed. Modern and clean shower room. Great well cooked and presented breakfast with very good choice. Proprietor very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Would like to go again.

Recently refurbished to a high standard.Comfortable bedding and well prepared breakfasts.Property 5 minute walk to the centre of Cromer and also close to the railway station which gives you the opportunity to travel by rail.Would thoroughly recommend.

Cromer was a lovely place to stay.The b and b was ideal..very clean,and welcoming. On arrival welcomed with a drink and cake. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were lovely.

Cannot fault the classy Ogilvy
it's immediately obvious that Richard and his wife have put a great amount of thought and investment into Ogilvy with the quality of everything from decor, bedding through to high end bathrooms. They continue with that effort in everything you experience - the warm welcome, the delicious breakfast choices and helpful service (always delivered with a little dry humour from Richard!). Would not hesitate to recommend. Outside of the Ogilvy, there are some decent local pubs and (the Thai restaurant nearby was excellent) and you are in a good spot generally for exploring north Norfolk. The only annoyance was the one way traffic through town which meant a queue coming back into Croner each day but it was half term so perhaps just a case of peak traffic.

First class accommodation
A warm welcome, beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The position of the accommodation is just on the outskirts of the town with an easy walk to sea and shops. The buses run from Cromer to Hunstanton along the coast road which is a very pleasant ride through villages and great scenery. There are lots of interesting places to visit in Cromer which we have done in the past, as we have been visiting this area for many years. The breakfasts were excellent with a great choice available.
