Short break in Cromer
Easy check in by friendly staff. No problems at all. Hotel and room very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is well positioned just a short walk from town centre and sea front.

Great hotel in Cromer
Well presented hotel with great breakfast, good shower, nice fresh bedding and towels. Great location to access cromer town and seafront. Accommodating to personal requests too!

B&B by the Norfolk Coast
Felt overpriced, all things considered. Staff were great, premises was homely, although room was small and WiFi was inconsistent. If breakfast was included in price would have made it better value for money. It’s in a great location for beach and town centre - but there’s not much to do in the evening. While the hotel bar shuts at 8pm other local hotels had restaurants and bars opening late.

Reception area was well decorated nice music. Lounge and bar area very stylish. Gardens well kept. The bedroom was clean and spacious again well decorated. Service was swift and v friendly.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and were made very welcome upon arrival. COVID rules were explained clearly but pleasantly e.g. wearing mask around hotel. During our stay we felt safe and the hotel was kept very clean. Breakfast choice was good and food tasty. The hotel is in a great location for beach walks and exploring along the coastline. We look forward to returning in the future and enjoying more of the great hospitality

Lovely hotel situated a short walk from the town centre and the beach. Friendly helpful staff. Finding somewhere to eat was a problem as the hotel restaurant was closed apart from breakfast. The room we had was very small and in need of some minor repairs, slightly overpriced. In view of this, in all, a good stay.

A Cromer gem!
Lovely bright, clean and friendly place to stay! The staff are courteous and friendly and also unobtrusive, which sounds like a bit of a contradiction but it really works! The location is great and a walk along the cliffs to the lighthouse is a must!! Will definitely revisit!! 😊

Great hotel with only a few minutes walk to Cromer Promenade. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Safe and clean. Breakfast was excellent and great garden for a drink in the evening. Thank you Shaun and Martin for a lovely couple of days away.

A Small Gem in Cromer
I was in Cromer for business and found this gem of a private hotel, the staff are attentive and pleasant, rooms are in great condition and the hotel is situated only 5min walk to the high street. I only took breakfast in the hotel, but the items on offer were fantastic, the cooked breakfast is supurb and highly reommended.

Nice hotel clean room and the breakfast was really nice. The bed was very hard though. I cant put my finger on it but there is something about this hotel that is a bit institutional. It didnt have a hotel vibe about it but I think it was quite empty when we visited. Its in a great location near the beach and the town. Its quite expensive compared to most hotels in the town.

As long as you can get over the ludicrous breakfast rules here this is a very nice place to stay. There is fruit yoghurt (which I don't eat) and cereal on the "help yourself" table, but if you want plain yoghurt or porridge (both a special order) you are not allowed anything cooked as well. At £140 per night I expect to be allowed at least an egg on toast as well as a bowl of plain yoghurt! I had to resort to bringing my own yoghurt in so that I could have something cooked as well! The staff did not deal very well with our complaint regarding this meanness. Breakfast to one side, we had a very pleasant room, there is free sherry & cake each afternoon, the location on a quiet street was brilliant being only 10 minutes walk into town.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us, including the free Sherry and cake! Having 15 different cooked items on the breakfast menu offers guests plenty of choice and opportunity especially as most come away on holiday to try something different!
