"Breakfast was very nice every morning. The room was spacious and had almost a homey feel. We stayed 3 nights and would have stayed longer, but the hotel was booked for the coming days. Too early for the pool. All was quiet except for late arrivals in the wee hours one night.Staff very helpful even though there was a language barrier."

"Don't be put off by the immediate neighbourhood. Astigarraga is a warm and friendly town full of local bars and lovely people. Bar under pension wasn't open the weekend we were there which was a shame"

"The location is the worse, very difficult to get there without a car, farway fro San Sebastian, limited services, small room with twins side beds and a small bathroom. Nothing like the photos on the website. I was expecting a large room with 2 full-size beds for 2 adults but there was only twin size bed right next to each other. Good for one person or possibly a couple but not for 2 adults that need separate beds. I waste a lot of time commuting from San Sebastian to this location."

"I did see on reviews that the outside was unusual, however it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. I stayed for 1 night with my 2 children on my own, and unfortunately didn’t feel very safe in the area. It was in the middle of an industrial estate, and appeared to be in some sort of hanger. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was exactly as pictured, and was lovely and clean. However there were alarms going off all night, and an alarm in the hotel went off at 7am and lasted 30 minutes, so unfortunately had a very bad nights sleep. Good connection into San Sebastián, but I wouldn’t return. "
