Our room literally had blue painter's tape connecting a new piece of carpeting to an old one along with chunks of trim and other aspects that felt like we were staying in a room stuck between the old room and whatever the renovated room was supposed to look like. This hotel was cheap so I guess it was a bed to crash on but was not a place I would choose to stay again."
