"This hotel outside appearance is uninspiring, however inside the bar & restaurant it is welcoming with a roaring fire lovely on a very cold day. Food is excellent, particularly the breakfast, with an interesting assortment. Our room was a good size & thankfully near the car park as when you access the hotel through the back door it is a route march to find reception."
