"Short walk from the bus station. 10 min walk up hill away from the water from the ferry stop. Conveniently located near a grocery, in the old section of town. Near every thing! We had apartment 2. Both 1,2 have large balcony’s looking north with a mostly unobstructed view of the lake dining table and chairs on the deck were fabulous. Beds comfortable pillows were flat. "Beautiful resort hotel, located within walking distance to lots of restaurant and shopping. The beach is also a quick walk. The facilities were nice, the breakfast excellent and the beds were very comfortable (King bed). We also really appreciated the connecting rooms (we travelled with our teenagers). "The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. At the pool bar they didn’t clear dirty plates and glasses from peoples tables and served warm beer. There is no excuse for that in a 5 star hotel. I recommend to the hotel that they invest more in staff training and how to give guests a true 5 star experience."
