"5 Stars! I highly recommend this hotel! Customer service was great. Check-in was very welcoming—I was gifted a goodie bag since it was Halloween. That was nice! The hotel scent as soon as you enter is amazing--it's clean and refreshing! I had to call and ask what it was lol They use Scent Air (Ocean Scent) and apparently some Disney hotels use it as well. It's located in a quiet area and I appreciated that--it's away from major traffic and all the hustle and bustle of downtown, but not far from the attractions. (10mins from Universal Studios and about 30mins from Disney World). There's also a small splash pad for the kiddos at this location! My only minor negatives: * I wish there was lotion in the room since I forgot mine lol * I wish there was a variety of creamers for their coffee I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again!
