"Check-in was at 3pm and my room wasn't ready until 7pm. I requested a digital key and around 5 o'clock room key wasn't available. I had a message that I needed to stop by front desk for identification verification. I was there earlier around 2:15pm and left my luggage with the front desk."

Nice pool but a ton of kids so if you don't want to be around tons of kids in the lobby, pool, etc.., you may want to look elsewhere. The room were clean, shower was great, big spacious room. Pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here."

"The villa was clean. Limited items in the kitchen and the bunk room got shot hot that the top bunks were unusable multiple nights. The AC is set to 70 and the bunks block the vents. Called in to the number and didn't always reach a person so had to wait until the next day. Lots of charges for things- parking, pickle ball, etc. Our villa was very far from the pool. Easy to get around and close to things."

"They are updating the property. So I'm the meantime you get what you pay for. Our room didn't have a refrigerator when we got to it. They ended up bringing us one. Everyone very nice. Can't wait to see it all finished."

"Great place to stay. The only cons during my recent trip is that the TV was defective in that the picture quality was poor, brightness and contrast was bad. Everything was like watching black and white shows. Could not access the tv settings to adjust. Also the provided shampoo and conditioner were empty (glad I packed my own and finally the Ice Maker on the 4th floor has been out of order both this trip and the last time I stayed which was a month ago causing me to go to another floor to fill up ice. Other than that everything was fine. Will stay again. "
